A wonderul Calgary love story - Amanda and Mike met at the Calgary Stampede, through mutual friends. They had so much fun on that Friday night, that they ended up spending the following 10 days together. While Amanda had fun telling her friends about her “stampede boyfriend” and figured she’d have a summer fling and move on, Mike held on tight and didn’t let her go. Safe to say Amanda loved the persistance as these two tied the knot in a beautiful ceremony with lots of love in the room!

With a venue that specializes in Stampede parties (like how perfect is that?!), Amanda and Mike traded vows at The Commons, a beautiful brick walled space with chandeliers, flower arches and vintage couches. With long tables to accomodate their guests, the night felt extremely elegant and the bar was serving everyone with a good ol’ time.

Getting to know Amanda and Mike was such an honour and a reminder of why I love what I do. Congratulations to the both of you on your forever!
