Once you’ve confirmed the venue and your priority vendors, this event design and coordination package will assist in creating the overall aesthetic, vibe, and feel of your wedding. Our team will work closely with you to define color palettes, select textures, design the ceremony backdrop, and create stunning tablespaces, among other services that enhance your special day. We will aid in scouting and booking your key design vendors but leave the others to you. We will regroup 2-3 months before your big day for detailed logistical planning and coordination to ensure it all goes according to plan! Includes but not limited to:

This all depends on the mix of packages booked by our couples! On average, we book 25+ weddings per year.
Now that we have a three woman planner team, we will take on two weddings per weekend with back up support on the ready! We always ensure we are available for rehearsal, set up, tear down and anything else unexpected.

The venue coordinator is there to ensure everything runs smoothing on the venue side, like food and bar service. A wedding planner is there to oversee every aspect of the wedding and manage every vendor, including your venue.
Yes! You will be as involved as you like. Learning your desired involvement will be top priority during the client onboarding process.
Absolutely. We have many couples who reside outside of Calgary who want to plan their wedding as a ‘destination wedding’ in the Calgary area. We are able to collaborate with you virtually!
Yes! Happily! We have travelled for weddings as close as BC and as far as Hawaii! Our bucket list is long so we will happily travel for your big day!
We believe that in order for someone else to execute a wedding as seamlessly as possible, they need to be involved well in advance to just the day of. We offer coordination services that begin 2-3 months prior to the wedding day. This time helps us understand your vision, vendor team and ensure day of logistics are perfected. If you’re just looking for a set up or tear down crew, we’d be happy to recommend some.
We sure can. We have lots of amazing vendors we can recommend for every wedding element. If you’re just looking for a consultation about vendor selection we recommend our “Custom Package,” but if you want help sourcing and communicating with vendors, we can discuss more in-depth packages!
Coco + Ash does not hold any rentals inventory. We work with amazing rental companies who have a vast inventory that we will recommend to fit your wedding vision!
